I am pretty torn on this kind of thing. I mean seriously, throw some oregano in a spray bottle with some water and squirt it on the bed and close your eyes. I guess what's important is that the wife likes it, though. You may be rolling your eyes when she tells how much better she slept but it's better than listening to her complain about being up all night with the baby, right? She sprays it on my daughter's bed before she goes to sleep sometimes when she is having trouble going down; she tells her it's sleepy spray. More placebo, I think, but again it gets the job done.
