Like it or not I am still attracted to the dark side of disposable and this brand makes me feel better about my usage, right or wrong each must decide. Large enough for most items, sturdy as any store brand I have used, holds up to knife marks fairly well (Have not cut thru one yet) but be aware with a large amount of liquid on the plate combined with vigorous cutting may create a soak thru. This product line has become a permanent addition to our house.

1. QUALITY PRODUCT / GOOD PRICE
2. TAKING A BY PRODUCT AND CREATES A USABLE PRODUCT FROM IT
3. BIODEGRADEABLE: TAKES UP LESS SPACE IN OUR LANDFILLS

This plate is thin, yet durable. It is not as hefty as Chinet, but it is strong enough to be used for a steak dinner. It is also far less expensive than most products of comparable strength. From now on, I'm using this brand exclusively.
