4 out of 5 stars Ron's Review   September 6, 2008
R. Thompson (Rossville, GA USA)
The Wrangler work pants above are very strong and well built. I find them to be fairly hot in the summer heat but are worth the inconvenience when climbing through blackberry briars in the woods. I have only been wearing them about a month but am very pleased to this point. I was disappointed in the inability to find a light work coat that matched the color exactly. I had to settle for a Carhart that was a lighter shade of loden. Maybe Wrangler should provide a solution to this problem.

Quite comfortable, the pockets are super large and can comfortably carry tools without having to carry a bag, very well protected

When your old jeans become "work" jeans you can still get a couple of good years out of them, but when the pockets go, well, that's that. So I thought I'd try these real work pants, with all the cargo pockets. VERY pleased with the product. Stylin' enough to wear into town, but very comfortable and handy to work in. The ripstop cotton fabric looks as though it will wear forever. My wife is ever so slightly bummed out that they do not make these in women's sizes--she really likes the "detail."

Great pants! Endured wandering through the uncleared forests of the Yucatan with no rips or holes.

5 out of 5 stars Save your skin   June 13, 2008

I purchased these pants as a replacement for an identical pair that I semi-ruined when I fell with my motorcycle a few weeks ago. I was going about 30 mph and I was pushed almost off the road. I ended up sliding a good 25 ft on my left side. I suffered no injury in great part due to the resilience of these pants. The pants took the road-rash like no others I have ever had, almost as good as expensive motorcycle gear.

The pants look good enough for an casual office environment and they fit marvelously well. If you do any type of activity that puts your butt in any danger (literally) I recommend these pants highly.
